Costs for the Congress include registration fees, housing and meals, and are detailed on the registration form.

Onsite housing costs range from $165 to $660 or more. The Meal Plan, priced at $195, is required for all attendees, although children under 3 eat for free, and those younger than 13 dine for half price. The Saturday Banquet is an additional $30. Registration fees are $360 for an adult player staying onsite, $145 for youth, and $110 for non-players.

The earliest registrants will have the greatest number of housing options available to them. Register Early!

A $50 late fee has been added to the registration fee for Adult players who pay after June 22nd, a $25 late registration fee has been added to Youth and Nonplayers paying after June 22nd, and additional $50 and $25 late registration fees have been added for those who pay after July 22nd July 25th.
